When ever i recive a file from my Friends over Windows Live messenger (MSN) it comes up with a Windows Live OneCare safety scanner downloading components and takes for ever to finish any way to fix this from comming up? or even make it go a little faster, thanks Kieran

get rid of windows live onecare. it's practicaly useless. it's no longer supported properly. hell microsoft even gave up.
