How do i change a document to a picture?

Can someone tell me that which software can change a picture scanned by a scanner into a word document?

you have to insert the picture in a word document and there it is!

first i am not clear about ur question if u want to insert picture in word it is so simple u can use it by insert picutre option or if u want to convert it into doc format it is available with HP printer and scanner it can covert it into any format so if u clearify ur question i can help in more clear manner thanks
