Why isn't my scanner working on WIN XP?

Genx scanner stopped working on win7 64. any ideas?

it was working perfectly on win xp, but when i upgrade to win 7 64 bit it couldn't work! can anybody gv me new ideas?

You need new drivers for Win 7. First try the Genx website. If you can't find drivers there, go to Plustek.com and see if you can find a scanner that looks like yours and download the Win 7 drivers from the Plustek site. Plustek makes some of the Genx scanners and they may or many not work Genx branded scanners. If all else fails call Genx. Just google Genx scanners to find their website. UPDATE: Try to find a scanner that looks like yours on one of these manufacturers websites: Avision, Plustek, Microtek
