I Need Help with my printer on how to scan pictures because I already tried it and it doesn`t want to work?

My printer is a Canon MP470. The picture won`t scan at all and it doesn`t show up also

I recommend "PhotoFiltre" it's much easier to scan pictures from. I have used it for years... It's FREE Open PhotoFiltre > Click on "File" > Choose "Import Twain" > "Acquire Image" -or- "Select Source and Choose Your Scanner.

I use a CANON MP450 for scanning / copying / printing. If the operating system of your computer is VISTA, you probably have to download VISTA compliant drivers from the CANON support website. Canon has a three step process for scanning. Did you specify the correct document type ? Kindly review your scanning specifications. Have a nice day !
