HP Officejet 6310 All-in-one printer wont scan my pictures to my Macbook pro?
-
I have a macbook pro and a HP Officejet 6310 All-in-one printer. Whenever I try to to scan a picture, it says HP Scan Pro quit unexpectedly. I downloaded the hewlett packard printer drivers from apple to see if it would work, but it didn't. What do I do?!

Answer:
Try uninstalling the printer and drivers, and re-install the printer drivers again. If that doesn't work, you may have another piece of hardware using similar drivers.
