Why does my printer only print text and not images?

Why won't a epson sx515w printer print images?

• basically i have been trying to print out photographs from word document using this printer but it just refuses to do so! i have no idea why but it just prints out blank sheets of paper. but it works perfectly fine with text. but just refuses with primary images. however sometimes it works with images fromt he internet but not of my own. if i'm lucky, it manages to print out one. other than that.. nothing! please help?

  Make sure the images fit within the page margins of the document. Sometimes it they extend beyond the margins they won't print. Make sure they are not set behind other text or images. Configure the image to be in front of other text or images. Also, try using the print preview function to make sure that what you want to print shows in the preview first. This will help ensure your results. As a last resort, you might try deleting and re-installing the printer using the latest printer driver available for your printer and operating system. Otherwise I'd have to actually see the document you're trying to print to see if I can see anything that might be causing a problem.
