Why is my printer not printing black ink?
-
I have an HP Photosmart C4280 printer & I recently refilled the cartridge with black ink since it wasn't printing in black before but it still wont print in black right now. The color ink is fine though, it's just that the black ink wont print at all. How do I make it print in black?
-
Answer:
remove the cartridge. there might be a little paper covering the hole. if that doesnt work, go to control panel> Printers and select(Single click) on your printer. click select printing preferences. a window should pop up. go to maintenance tab. try cleaning heads and the rest of the options
