Cleaning ink cartridge?

Just bought a new ink cartridge, but the printing is blurry?

• I did the cleaning with tissue paper and the auto cleaning if this is a nozzle problem, and still, nothing changes. I did the alignment test and the same thing happen. Which is faulty here? Printer or Ink Cartridge? If it is the ink cartridge, i'll send it back to the store, but just in case you think it's the printer at fault here, I don't want to be embarrassed by sending the good ink back. Suggestions to what I should do in order to make the printing back to normal? Please help? Thanks in advance :)

  It you are not tearing out you hair try to re do all these things double checking can solve many problems if the Printer worked fine before then the cartridge could be at fault re-check how it sits in the cartridge cradle if you can wriggle it around a bit so it seats better then retry if all things are checked again and it still has the same problem take it back and ask for another and when you gat it sorted try to refill your own cheaper and you will get silly messages from the Computer a lot about empty cartridges if they persist reset the printer and retry.
