Help with information about any printer?

My lexmark x5650 will not print properly! -details inside plz help me :(-?

• okay ive had this printer for awhile and havent had any problems. until recently...i really dont know what happened. i was going to print out some pages from word that i had done for a project of mine, and at first, it would print out only the words, and have only small fadeed OUTLINES of the images i had pasted on the document. i kept trying to print, no luck. so i restarted the computer, and tried again, and again it still did the same thing, by doing the words, and skipping the photos. this time however, the pager must have gotten stuck or something...but some of the lettering overlaps some of the other lettering..i knew something was wrong so i ran an antivirus program and it detected a trojan virus and said something about it being realted to my printer, my computer said it had "quarantined" the trojan, and told me to restart my computer. so i did, i came back on, and tried. and i still have no luck. in fact, now it wont print at all the paper will go in and get "stuck" and the printer will say "paper jam, please removed paper from printer" so i pull it out, and try again. then i will get the same message again or it will say "printer out of paper" ...so now i cant print at all! yesterday i managed to print something off the internet completely fine while the computer/printer was not printer from microsoft word. i dont know what to do. i ran multiple more scans on my computer, and there is nothign else to find, its completely clean. i am thinking i may have picked the virus up from unknowingly visiting an unsecure site while getting information and pictures for my project, is it possible that by me have compying an image from a "unsecure" site, that it is within that image, and if so...could i delete the document/image, and it will also delete the viruis within it. in addition, i cannot print another document i had been trying to print from microsoft word now either. please help me.

  A virus has done a real job on your system. I would recommend running a OS repair, using the installation disk that came with your system. FYI - A virus on your PC cannot make your Printer have physical issues, such a the paper Jammed thing you mentioned.
