Go to the Epson website listed below, Scroll down to the Solve A Problem with and select software. This will begin a new troubleshooting screen where you will answer specific questions, to try and solve the problem. http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/suppo%E2%80%A6 I believe it may be because you are using Vista Business and you may need to download a specific driver for it.

epson.com has all the download files. just match the one for your operating system. if you are running 64-bit windows 7, get the 64 bit version. then visit http://www.ccs-digital.com to get triple capacity ink cartridges for under $3 and 7 free every month, as I've been doing for almost a year.
