How do I print a certain size?

How do I print out a Word.doc that normally prints at A4 to print at A5 or smaller (or any other size?)?

  • I have a poem that I want to print out and frame. At the moment it's in a Word Document and if I print it out, it prints on A4. But the frame I have got for it is smaller than A5. Is there a way of setting what size you want that Word.doc to print as?? Thanks.

    Yeah sure is hun its easy :D When you finished your poem, just click on -File -Page setup -Paper -And you should see where it says paper size, click underneath that where it says A4, and find your size you require :D Then dont forget when you done that click ok Really hope that helps Best of luck :D Leah x

When you click print under File on Tool Bar, click Printer Properties or Some say PREFENCES and there you should be able to change the paper size.

open your printer settings - i don't know what operating system you're using but it doesn't really matter either way - just go into your Printer Settings and change it & save it there, then when you send the print command from Word it will use the setting you just saved as the default.
