-
Recently i bought this new HP Printer for home use. I share this printer to my network connected to desktop PC and shared on a laptop. On the laptop i cannot open the printer toolbox on the printer properties, when i click nothing happens, but on the desktop the toolbox works fine. I try to reinstall but nothing happens. Does anyone knows this? My Desktop uses Windows XP Professional and Laptop uses Windows 7 Ultimate both they are 32bit... Help...

Answer:
You would have to install the printer software on your laptop too for the printer toolbox to work. Try this: 1. Delete the K109a printer first on your Windows 7 laptop. Restart if needed/asked. 2. Install K109a drivers on laptop. 3. Try to access/install the shared printer from your laptop. Latest K109a drivers for Windows 7 32-bit (full functionality with other software):
