What is a good printer that I can use for occasional use?

What is a good printer for undemanding occasional use?

  • I need one for business use, working for myself from home and don't want to spend the earth, but my last printer was awful and I don't want to make the same mistake again. Thanks.

    I think that HP are the best quality. The downside is the cost of cartridges but especially for your use I would choose no other brand. I would however, regardless of brand, print out a page using all colours at least every few weeks to reduce the chance of the nozzles drying up.

I've seen this brand of printer on the tv, says their ink prices are cheap too! Might be worth a look.

I have a Epson CX7400. I think it only cost $60.00 about 4 years ago. It hasn't cause me to many problems.
