Name some stores with free printer ink refills or just ink refills?

You won't find printer ink for free, why would you think that?

I say Island Inkjet, you save 50% or more compared to new carts. Don't use refill kits, they use generic ink for all the different kinds of inks. At places that specialize in refilling, have bottles upon bottles of the same color inks yet for different models and makes, all of which have been designed to match that of the manufacture's inks so it will not harm your printer. This is just a myth, most issues are caused by improper use and care of the printer and nothing to do with refilling.

You want free ink? Go to any newspaper office and collect all the old newspapers, but you're going to have to figure out how to get the ink off the paper and into your cartridge. Refills are a risky practice and the best way to destroy your printer. Every day there are several messages here from someone who tried it and now their printer won't work. The cheapest reliable ink I found (for Epson) is at http:ccs-digital.com They have 2-piece cartridges where the ink is in its own cartridge within the main one. All you replace is the ink cartridge. You keep the same chip which resets to full. Cartridges are $3 each and they offer free ones depending on your order. They also hold 50% more ink then Epson. I have a hard time believing there's something cheaper than that which will work reliably.
