Problems with my printer - HP Deskjet D4160?
-
When I got it during the summer, it worked just fine. Now that I've taken it to college, it doesn't work. Whenever I try to print something, the cartridge cradle slams back and forth hard enough to move the entire printer left&right, but then I get a popup notification that the "printer cartridge cradle cannot move, please check for paper jam or other obstruction". There are no packing materials jammed in there, and there isn't a paper jam - not even a little piece of paper stuck in some random place. I've tried unplugging it and trying agin the next day, but it just does the same thing. Any suggestions?

Answer:
The catridge may not be getting properly inserted into your slot. Try to repair the slot with a pen or so, or BETTER take it to your vendor and ask for a replacement!
