There are various reasons due to which the printer will not print. You need to be more specific with the problem, e.g. error message-if any, what happens to the printer while trying to print-the nature of the power/ink light, have you installed the correct printer driver and is it set as the default printer if there are other printer drivers present?....these are few observations that you need to make and include in your question, for us to suggest solutions that might possibly resolve this issue. Or, check the manufacturer's website for your printer model. Most of them do have a website knowledge base that has solution to almost all the major known issues with their printer models.

Hi marianne, try to un-install your driver and re-install a new downloaded driver from the printer web site as printer drivers need to be updated all the time it maybe old technology in the driver.
