Do I need a special program to download coupons?I have printer but can't seem to print them. Pls help.?

I have printer and an HP computer and can't seem to print the coupons. It bounces me out and shuts down my computer. If i need something to print the coupons please let me know how to do it and where to get it from. Someone told about something this should be in me toolbar space but where and how do I get it?

Answer:
Save them to 'my documents' then you can print them out to your printer. Just make sure you give them a name, other than the number that appears when you save the file directly from the internet, they will be much easier to find when you go looking for them.
