Is there a difference dvd -r silver inkjet hub printable and silver inkjet printable.i want to print fullfaced

I wanted to know if these print full face. when I search for them full faced i get Taiyo Yuden 16X DVD-R Media Silver full faced nkjet/hub Printable. can i used these with my dvd printabel epson printer. I dont know what a hub is or if they are made just for them
