What printers are compatible with Windows 7 64 Bit?

How to get Lexmark Z22 working on 64 bit Win 7?

Hi. I know that the Lexmark Z22 is incompatible with 64 bit Windows but before I reinstalled my computer, I had it working because some forum said to add a different model Lexmark printer and it should work but I cant find that post anywhere and none of the printers I tried adding works. Also, unpacking Lexmark driver setup files and setting compatibility mode and run as administrator did not work like some suggested either. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

I looked around for a while but I couldn't find the post you were referencing either. However, if you "used" to be able to use this printer then how about doing a System Restore back to a date when the printer was working? If that fixes it for you then I would write down what printer model comes up in Windows at that point so that you have it for future reference.
