How do I set up my Printer?

Win 7 - my printer says offline - how do i set it to ready? thx?

• It's turned on, plugged in and done the following. I'm having problems with spoolsv.exe. Have done the following so please don't sound like you're talking to a two year old. I've been researching this on the web and this answer may give me a clue. If your answer is not in depth and serious don't bother. thx For XP Turn printer on Start Settings Printers and faxes Left click the printer icon Click the word printer Remove check from use printer offline, and make sure it is set as default printer and restart your computer For Windows 7 Turn printer on Start Programs Devices and Printers Right click the printer icon Click see what’s printing Click the word printer Remove check from use printer offline Make sure it is your default printer and restart your computer

  With the exe, file could be corrupt, as you written everything that I can suggested, I would try removing the software from you PC then reinstalling the software again. Hope this helps.
