How do I get my printer to print my coupons?

I have installed a coupon printer from a numer of different coupon sites and I still can't print coupons?

Each site that I have went on and found coupons requires me to download a "coupon printer" and once it is done downloading it gives me a message saying that it installed correctly. When I get back online and try to print the coupons it asks me to download the "coupon printer" again. My biggest fear is that each time I download this I may be infecting my computer with viruses. Can someone please tell me what is going on????
