How can I get my wireless printer to communicate with my computer?

Printer can't communicate with computer? URGENT!!?

  • My dell XPS crashed and now my dell v350w printer says it cannot communicate with the computer can anyone help me get it working again. My kids do home schooling and need to print off assignments! so please help.

    1. First uninstall the printer, if it is still in Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs 2. Unplug the printer and detatch it from the computer. 3. If you got a CD of printer driver, insert the CD and install it on your computer; else download the driver. uninstall printer programme and install again, maybe it works, i do it when i have a problem with it

Shutdown your computer, remove printer plug from the outlet and leave for 30 seconds. Power printer back up and, once fully started, power the computer back on. The printer may have crashed also and needs the memory cleared. If this doesn't work. Uninstall the computer drivers/software and re-install.
