What Epsom printer should I get?

I have an Epsom SX215 printer and can't get the cartridges in the right place to change them can anyone help?

  • The print cartridge seems to be hiding over on the righthand side and isn't coming out when I open the cover.

  • Answer:

    Try clicking Start / Control panel / View Devices & printers. On your printer Icon right click and select printing preferences when it opens select maintenance you will find there "changing ink cartridge" or words to that effect, Click that and follow on screen instructions.
