How do I fix my HP PSC 2355 all-in-one printer?

• I printed something out of the printer and it worked fine. I also needed to photo copy something with color, so I did. When it started photo copying, the printer stopped all of a sudden. It still said "copying 1/1" on the screen, it was just frozen. I tried clicking the cancel button, it didn't work, I tried clicking the power button, it still didn't work. So I decided to unplug it out of the socket and left it for about 30 sec, then I plugged it back. Once I plugged it back in, the loading bar on the screen was loading for a few seconds, then it froze. I tried unpluging behind the printer AND the power socket, waited 30 sec and plugged them back. The same thing happened again, the load bar was loading for a few sec. and froze. Now I'm stuck. I don't know what to do! Please help me somebody!

  That sounds like a pretty serious problem if it can't finish booting up. You might try unplugging it for a few minutes and pressing the power button for about 30 seconds to drain any electrical charge left in the printer, then plug it back in and try again. If you're still having problems, you might try contacting HP for technical support.
