My printer icon does not have services on it, how do I check ink levels without it?
-
I have an HP deskjet 6988 and a new HP computer with windows 7. When right clicking on the icon, which doesn't even look like my printer, the details that come up do not include "service". How do I check for ink levels when this is not offered? Should I replay my disc?

Answer:
Start Windows 7 HP solution Center Click settings Click printer toolbox Click estimated ink levels Start XP Settings Printers and faxes Right click the printer icon and select printer preferences Click the Services tab Click estimated ink supply
