Is there an all-in-one printer that will work with Windows ME?

Making printer work with both Windows and Mac.?

So my stepmom has a Mac..and she downloaded a program called Parallels,which she's able to have Windows on her Mac desktop. She has a printer,but for some reason it doenst want to work for both. She will have to disconnect the printer,and connect it again,and install it to the different OS..or something like that. But is there a way to make the printer work on both Windows/Mac on the same computer?
Answer:

You have to install the printer driver/software & install the printer separately on both operating systems in order for it to work on both because they use different drivers for the different Operating Systems. No way around that.
