How to reset factory settings on hp pavilion pc a6337c!!?

  • How to reset factory settings on hp pavilion pc a6337c!! My computer will no longer access networks wont even find them or come up. Yet all my other computers are connected and networks come up fine in wireless connections i think the settings somehow got disabled when it came to networks . I need to reset to factory settings so the computer can access all the networks has anyone ever had this prob!?

    That's an older (2007) model desktop that you must have added a wireless networking card or USB device to. Make sure the device is still connected, and that the device manager control panel isn't showing any issues with it. Reinstalling to factory defaults WILL NOT HELP in this case, because you'd still need to install the wireless card driver. Sometimes the Windows internet connection diagnostic tool will help. That can be reached simply by trying to launch any web page. Unplug the USB device and plug it into another port. That might fix the problem. I assume you've already tried the basic power off/on cycle to get things reset.
