What is the instructions in getting the ink from printer?

Laser printer ink not staying on paper, easily getting removed by rubbing (samsung ML-1666)?

  • i print on normal 75 gsm paper but the ink doesn't stay long on paper and gets removed by rubbing. the print quality is not good on envelope and ink starts removing by rubbing.

    You're fuser unit is bad. The cartridge will lay down the toner on the page. Toner is just an ionized plastic powder and the fuser unit melts the toner onto the page. If there is no heat the toner stays a powder and just wipes off the page after printing.

Check the fuser unit. Whether heat is felt on the roller in the fuser? If not, the problem will be with the fuser unit.
