How to expand my Printer Catridge business?

My HP deskjet 5490 printer is not identifying the catridge.?

We bought a HP deskjet 5490 printer from US. recently we bought a catridge number 857(c9363Z) from HP dealer in Hyderabad,the original catridge from US has number as 97(C9363W). Now my printer is not identifying the catridge. Could anyone suggest what to do now. Thanks Ramesh

Well my friend i only see two posible solutions... try to find the HP 97.... or... maybe you can try to install the drivers for that printer from the country where that cartridge comes... that only will work if that cartridge its really for that printer.... but im not sure it work... try it, dont lose anything.... good luck hope it works....if it works let me know.. ;-)
