Problem With an HP Deskjet F4200 Series Printer.?

• Just got a new printer i installed it and all. But i tried to print a word document and got these messages: I get this message when i look for printer's properties. This error can appear if a default printer has not been designated or if the application is unable to locate an existing default printer. To correct this problem, try one of the following in Microsoft Windows: If a printer is not available in the Print dialog box, add a printer. If the application cannot find an existing printer that is already installed, set the printer as the default printer. If a default printer is installed but the application is unable to use it, uninstall the printer driver, and then install the latest version of the printer driver. If the printer is on a print server, make sure the printer is available, the network is functioning, the server is not stalled, the printer is not out of paper, or the printer is not suspended by the administrator. Printing issues associated with a network printer are best handled by your local network administrator. This is the message i get when selecting the printer to print. There is a problem saving the file. Usually this is because the disk or floppy disk is too small for the file or is full, RAM memory is low, or there is a permission problem with the drive the file is being saved to. If the amount of disk space for a paging file is low, save the file to another drive. If the RAM memory is low, increase available RAM. If permissions to the drive do not allow you to save to that drive, save the file to another drive or request permissions from the administrator to save files to the drive. Note: This error can also occur if the computer is running a version of antivirus software that is not compatible with the Microsoft Office system or needs to be updated

  Try to uninstall then re-install again the printer. Use the installer CD to install it. If problems persist, contact the manufacturer.
