Help with information about any printer?

Printer not printing document files (Office and PDF) but can print Notepad and Word pad files.?

I have tried all I can but nothing doing. It is a behaviour just started and I have no idea what I can do to make the printer work. I uninstalled Office, and reinstalled the Printer (Epson Stylus Office BX625FWD) but the same problems is ongoing. Anyone with a solution please!

  Check the settings of your printer! go to control panel, scanner and printer. Or it might be something with the MS office that blocks the process.
