What is the best way to print tshirts?

I intend to start a business making tshirts, mugs, etc.But what I'd like to know is if a ciss printer is the best way to print the tshirts.I'm buying the manual press to make the tshirts and it comes along with an epson d78 ciss printer.Will the tshirts come out alright?Will the colors wash out rapidly even with a protective spray?How could I preserve the printed image on a surface like a mug or similar? suggest you start from this forum http://www.t-shirtforums.com/ Many people there are using InkRepublic.com CISS with great result. check this out http://www.t-shirtforums.com/heat-press-heat-transfers/t52961.html I am not familiar with d78 printer, but you can ask inkrepublic.com and see if it is equal to c88?
