What is the deal with my Dell AIO printer?

OK, my printer a Dell AIO Printer 922 prints a document with no black ink although i do have black ink HELP???

it just doesnt print like it used to. it only prints color print not black and white print i was just wondering if anybody knew what the problem was or how i could solve this problem. again its a Dell Printer AIO 922 and i have full cartridges, i would truely appreciate an answer to this problem. Answer:

You should try reseting the printer, by unplugging it for a while and try taking out the black cartridge and reinserting it. Also, make sure that the settings aren't messed up.
