Epson Stylus stopped printing?

Epson Stylus SX200 Stopped Printing. HELP!?

• My Epson Stylus SX200 has not been used for around 3 or 4 months. I have just replaced all the inks and the ink levels now show complete full. I have gone through the process or charging the ink. But nothing prints. I cannot print any documents, test pages or anything. I think the old ink may have dried in the nozzel, but how do i clean this manually as the built in clean mode does not do the job.

  Thinking the problem was hardware, possibly electronic, possibly a broken ribbon cable, I delved deeper. I removed the print head itself (cable was OK) and was able to see directly that cleaning fluid was emerging from jets. AFter reassembly a test print showed very faint text and a few test lines, presumably using the cleaning fluid with a little color from the inks. Obviousy electronics and cables OK. I thought perhaps there was a blockage between the cartridges and jets. I removed the top part of the head (with the stems that push into the cartidges)and flushed through the moulded tubes between the stems and the jets. I checked the drain and tube down to the waste ink pad. It all seemed OK but in any case I dismantled it, flushed the tubes through and reassembled everything. Ran one or two nozzle cleaning cycles and tested again. One or two jets just showed a faint line but then nothing again. I think I could be heading for a new printer!
