How to fax to ottawa?

Cant send fax?

• i have hp 3390 all in one fax and printer,i can receive incoming fax on it,but when i try to send fax to any number it rings but fails to send fax giving error "no fax answer" and fax call report result shows "no answer" but i can send fax from other fax machine to the same number to which i could not send through my hp3390.any suggestions.thanks in advance

  It may actually be a problem with your phone provider. If you have a phoneline that is through your cable provider it may not be compatible with some printers.
