The "?" key on my computer sometimes prints as É?

My printer says that there is no image to print when it comes from the computer and prints a blank page.?

  • My printer acknowledges that the computer wants to print, but says that there is no image and prints a blank page. The copier works fine though.

First, try checking if all connections are connected properly. But since your computer recognizes your printer, you should be good. Next, see if there's something wrong with your computer. And I don't think that 'spooling' has anything to do with it. In some cases, the computer has the most problems. Finally, see if you pulled off the tape of the cartridge. Like me, I sometimes don't remember to pull the tape off, and the picture doesn't appear. Hope this helps!!!

Make sure ALL cables are secure. Next shut-down your computer AND printer. Wait a minute and restart them.
