The end of the USB cable that goes to the computer is universal. Printers and other external devices use a different connector on the other end. As long as the connector going to the printer is the same between models, it will work.

No, but a simple fix would be to get the usb cable u should have from when you bought the printer, hook it up to the computer you are going to use at that time, then switch it to another computer when necessary.

not at the same time, but the 'minu USB' is very compatable, I have a tonne of things that it fits into, so you can swap it out, if it fits

Sure, if they are the same connector. Most printers use USB B connectors though so that is unlikely to be a problem. Unplug it from the first and then plug it into the second.
