What do i need to do to get the print spooler working so that i can use my printer?

It did work when the new printer was first installed and now you can't use the printer b/c it says there is not one installed and when you try to install it stops and says there is an error with the print spooler. I have went in and made sure everything for the spooler was setup like it should be and still did not fix it. I need help!

I think we need for information to get a better idea as to what is going on. Go to start>run> and then type in "services.msc". find the print spooler service and make sure it is set to both automatic and also that it is started. What printer is this? What Operating System are you using? what is the interface (i.e. network, usb, parallel, etc)? Thanks and good luck.

Unplug the printer from the computer, delete the drivers, plug the printer back into the computer, and when it asks install the drivers again.
