Safe product for cleaning rubber rollers on copiers or printers?

Alcohol based cleansers eat up the rubber. Is there something that would typically be found in a corporate environment that can be used to clean rollers without destroying the rubber? Glass cleaner? Anti-glare cleaner? Dry-erase cleaner? Anything that the janitor has in his cart?
