  U want the cheapest AND the best ? No such combination. Contact a local dealer, and see what they offer. If you save on purchase price, expect cost per page to be higher. If you don't plan to print large volumes, a low cost printer will be fine, going to do a lot, spend more on printer for lower overall cost of use through it's lifetime. Also remember if you want good quality, use a decent "high Brightness, Non Coated" paper in it, but NEVER inkjet coated photo paper, it MELTS in the fuser, and that costs $$$$$ to fix . . . as user error is usually FULLY chargeable . . Been there, charged the customer
