Perhaps Kevin is right but when this happens I prefer to go to start, control panel, printers, then my printer and I just "cancel all printing". The reason is that I spent too much time trying to get my printing come out right with other methods. By cancelling the printing you can start afreash and your printer will not jam or quit.
