Why won't HP Wireless Assistant open?

HP Support Assistant not working?

HP support Assistant update did not download properly. I tried several times to do it and then uninstalled to see if I could reinstall. I cannot now find the older version of HP support Assistant - not the update to reinstall. Anybody know where I can get this. I now dont have HP support Assistant on pc at all

you should be able to go the HP website, look up your model and there are the HP SA software and usually reloading the software is the answer. If you can see the update version, the full original version should also be on the same page. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02435801&cc=uk&dlc=en&lc=en is the HP page for troubleshooting the Support Assistant software. http://h18021.www1.hp.com/helpandsupport/hp-self-support.html is the link to download the latest (full) version for either XP, Vista or W7
