HP Deskjet D1360 printing problem?

  • This is the 2nd time I face this problem, the printer prints good on the upper part of the page, but lower part seems out of ink, I can see lines with no ink printed. When I tried again, tried to print the second page, same problem came again. The first time I faced this problem it was in July, I took my ink to the computer shop, they said my ink head was stuck, I had to buy a new ink. But I only bought this printer in April, started using it in May! So I bought another original ink! In August I found I have this problem again! So, what's the problem? Problem with ink? Or problem with the printer? It's only wasting my money! Both printer and ink are new! And I have been taking good care of my printer!

    i had a problem with my HP printer printing not like urs but l took it bk 2 the shop and they gave me a number 2 fone i went through a few things 4 about 15 mins with sum guy and it was sorted. or try www.hpdiagnostic.co.uk

Sounds like your under using your printer. If you don't use it the inks will dry out and you get the result you're describing. Best to print a coloured page once a week just to keep the inks flowing.
