Why wont my HP Photosmart C4680 print-scan-copier load paper?
-
I have a relatively new HP Photosmart printer. I have not used it for some time and yesterday I went to print and it just wont load paper at all. It says its "out of paper" even though there is clearly paper in the paper spot. I checked for a jam and there isnt one, I tried one paper in the spot at a time (instead of having a pile there) and nothing is working. What should I try? Is it a lost cause and do I need to just go buy another printer?

Answer:
Check the paper path for any obstructions and use new paper. Also, open the printer door to the cartridges and close it. this resets the error messages. If this does not work, check out the following link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/manualCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&document=&product=3739150
