Where can I find a printer that uses less ink than the average?

I need to find a printer so I can put pictures on mugs myself?

Please don't tell me about a website that I can use, this is going to be part of my business so I need something that I can actually buy and set up at my store. What is the best printer to do so? I know I need a printer that uses sublimation ink, but I don't know which one to use. I am looking for not the least expensive, but a good bargain. Where can I find the best printer for this job?

There is a company called Peachtree Business Products that does promotional printing. It's not expensive. There are also transfer labels available at crafts stores.
