Help on INK-JET PRINTER?

HP Business Inkjet Printer help. Read Additional Details. Please Help.?

  • At work we have a Hp Business Inkjet 1200 Series, with 2 drawers for paper. Drawer #1 has regular plain white paper. Drawer #2 holds speciality paper (order sheets) which are forms. When a job comes through the computer to us, you click ok and the job will print on the forms in drawer #2. For some reason after the sheet prints out, the printer sends a blank page from Drawer #1 through the printer. Its really annoying and I'm hoping if someone helps me I'll look like a genius, j/k. But if you can help I greatly appreciate it. thank you

    This could be a setting in the program - or the size of the form itself is slightly larger than a paper sheet. Problem is - it is almost impossible to tell from a distance. You could best ask a friend who knows about this to take a look (or your IT department)
