Why is my HP Photosmart Plus Printer only printing pink?

On my HP Photosmart printer why are website pages that used to print in black now printing in green or yellow?

  • My black cartridge works fine with documents. Does the photoblack cartridge have anything to do with my problem? It is low, but I assumed it was only used when printing photos.

    Website pages are probably printed using the photoblack cartridge. You probably need to replace it. Before you go to that expense though it is always worthwhile to turn your printer off and back on at least once to see if that fixes the problem. Also, run the diagnostics on your printer utility application in your computer. These may fix the problem.

The main problem you are facing in printing is that your photo black cartridge has low ink.That's why it is doing printing like green or yellow.All you have to do is to buy a new photo black cartridge, after replacing it with the new one ,you will get the fine printing as it was before.
