Why won't Lexmark X3470 drivers install?

I need to install my lexmark p3150 to my vista, and there are no drivers available... is there a alternative?

i have looked at lexmark and will be no drivers avail, but i have heard of ppl using non vista ready printers on vista.

Try running it in Compatible Mode. The Help menu will give you instructions on how its done.
