My printer does not print off the information. Having read some info on the help list I still can not get the printer to work. It is switched on. There is paper.

Did you install the drivers? Without drivers the printer will not work.

Copy the recipe and paste it on a word document. Click File>Print (or simply press Ctrl+P) Check under Printer Name: ??? Does it match the current printer you are using? If not, you may need to "add" the printer to your devices. Click Start>Printers and Faxes (this will open a window) is your printer there? if yes, right click and set it to default printer. if no, click File>Add Printer and follow the Wizards instructions. Hope this helps.

try to reinstall the drivers for it... also make sure you have the right type of ink for that specific printer
