Whats wrong with my printer?

i have a problem with my printer for some reason i cant seem to get it online... everytime i click for it to go online it tells me. access denied, then it says error. with a bunch of zeros . ? im confused i really need my printer to work . its been offline for a while now. it used print fine. its not the ink either. btw i have a LEXMARK 2400 SERIES. i h0pe someone helps

Have you gone to the lexmark website to retrieve the latest drivers? you should, but first uninstall the old ones.

access denied could be that you don't have Administrator "rights" to make changes to the computer. Log in as an Administrator. Check user accounts in control panel and see if you have Administrator privledges.
